I have been a qualified nurse since 2003, starting my career on a busy surgical ward. From there I made my transition to primary care, District Nursing. It was here that I first encountered ear care, irrigating ears in patients homes. 2009 I gained my Specialist Practitioner degree in District Nursing. More Recently I have been working in a GP surgery where again ear care was part of my daily practice.
I made the decision to further this skill, training in microsuction. I have enhanced my knowledge and gained a Diploma in Ear Care. This training was all provided by Rotherham Ear Care Training. This is an NHS training course and is highly regarded training. With this in mind I have made the move to provide a community based clinic to provide this service. I am committed to providing a safe and effective treatment to each patient, always giving a high standard of care.
